Language is my life. I work as a translator for top international companies such as Amtrak, Snap, Mailchimp, DeLonghi, Amazon, Cathay Pacific, Global Hotel Alliance, and Lufthansa; translation agencies such as TransPerfect and Jonckers and advertising agencies such as Enigma Advertising or digital marketing agencies such as croud. After studying philosophy at the University of Philosophy in Munich, I worked as a journalist for the Süddeutsche Zeitung, wrote advertising texts, and was editorial director at a publishing house. I have worked full-time as a freelance translator since 2017, initially in Munich and since 2018 in Erwitte (North Rhine-Westphalia).
I translate most texts for websites, such as cruise lines, hotel chains, and marketing platforms. I specialize in marketing and human resources, such as marketing concepts or the content of training courses for managers. My greatest passion is fine art photography and the history of photography with translations for galleries and retailers for professional photographers.
